Terms and conditions for BJIOS Day Pass

I agree to the following: (A) agree that, as a condition to my participation in any and all programs and activities, I will abide by all Beat Junkie Institute of Sound rules and safety

guidelines. (B) I release the Beat Junkie Institute of Sound/ Beat Junkie Sound, LLC, as well as their employees, agents, and volunteers, from any and all liability and responsibility for any loss or damage to property and/or any injury or death to person(s) that may occur at the Beat Junkie Institute of Sound or during any of its programs. (C) I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the

Beat Junkie Institute of Sound/Beat Junkie Sound, LLC/Beat Junkies, Inc. from any and all claims, damages, injuries, and expenses arising out of or resulting from my participation in any

activity or program and release, acquit, and covenant not to sue the Beat Junkie Institute of Sound/Beat Junkie Sound, LLC/Beat Junkies, Inc. for any and all actions, causes or action,

claims, damages, damages-in-law, or remedies in equity of whatever kind, including the negligence of the Beat Junkie Institute of Sound/Beat Junkie Sound, LLC/Beat Junkies, Inc.(D) I

accept and assume full responsibility for the risk of property loss or damage and/or bodily injury or death, whether caused by the Beat Junkie Institute of Sound/Beat Junkie Sound, LLC/Beat Junkies, Inc. or otherwise, and whether due to the negligence of the Beat Junkie Institute of

Sound/Beat Junkie Sound, LLC/Beat Junkies, Inc. or otherwise.

I give permission to the Beat Junkie Institute of Sound/Beat Junkie Sound, LLC/Beat Junkies, Inc.to use above my picture, image, and other likeness, as well as all materials prepared during

and in relation to the Beat Junkie Institute of Sound programs and activities, for promotional purposes without compensation of any kind.

Beat Junkie Institute of Sound may distribute certain printed or electronic documents, materials, and/or files in relation to its programs and activities. All such documents, materials, and/or files

and their contents are property of the Beat Junkie Institute of Sound/Beat Junkie Sound, LLC/Beat Junkies, Inc. and unauthorized reproduction and/or distribution is prohibited.

Beat Junkie Institute of Sound generally issues NO REFUNDS for any of its programs or activities. If a refund is requested no later than one week prior to the start of the program or

activity, a refund may be issued, minus a 25% administrative free. In all other cases, no refund will be issued. In certain case-by-case situations as determined in the absolute discretion of the

Beat Junkie Institute of Sound staff, students who begin a session, but are unable to complete a program or activity, may be allowed to complete the session at a later date.

I certify that I have read and understood the above document and agree to be bound by it. If any portion is held invalid, I agree that the remainder shall continue in full force and continuous

effect, and that a photocopy or electronic version of this document shall be considered as effective and valid as the original.
